MOTORCYCLE SAFETY FOUNDATION (MSF) e-COURSE

"The MSF Basic eCourse is a highly interactive 3-hr. online program that provides riders of all skill levels with the basics of motorcycling. With integrated graphics, photos and video to illustrate the lessons, the...program allows you to control the pace of your learning."

  • The Motorcycle Safety Foundation, or MSF, is a national, not-for-profit organization promoting the safety of motorcyclists with programs in rider training, operator licensing and public information.
  • The e-course takes approximately three (3) hours to complete, but you are able to take at your own desired pace and not in one session.
  • The e-course is included in your student fees and you will be provided a code the day you can begin the online course.
  • The completion date MUST NOT be dated more than (30) days prior to your first day of class.
  • If you do not have the e-course completed before the beginning of class, you will not be able to participate in class and will not be given a refund.
  • Compliance is a state of WI requirement.

You may print the completion certificate or email to ridingacademy@hdofmadison.com.

EXPERIENCE THE RIDE

If you're questioning if riding is for you or are nervous about learning to ride a motorcycle for the first time, you may want to give our EXPERIENCE THE RIDE, or ETR, class a chance prior to your Basic Rider Course!

The session is only 2 hours and spots are available to schedule by request. To contact our Riding Academy Manager directly, you can use their contact information listed above or use the form on this site.

What's great is that if you DO decide to sign up for the Basic Rider Course after experiencing the ETR course, a portion of the ETR class fee will be applied to the BRC class fee!
