I just purchased a trike from the Harley Davidson in Madison, WI. Rod, Chris and Trey were great. Rod was very approachable and took his time to explain everything to me so that I understood before I signed anything. He listened to what I wanted for coverage and payments and then put together the best package for me. Chris was very friendly and helped me pick out the right bike for me. I had my first accident and insurance claim with a vehicle, and HD of Madison walked me through each step and ensured our bike was in good hands. We were devastated after the accident. I was worried that the bike would not be at the same condition as before. At first, Dan and Wolf helped me along with pricing out a potential replacement bike. They made sure I had all of my answers, even on a very busy July day. Once we determined a repair estimate is the best route, they made sure that the right people were on the task. Thats where Justin and Riley steps in at the service dept. Although Justin was my main contact for the repair, Riley stepped in when Justin was away or busy. Justin was great at organizing the repair and making sure the right parts were ordered, and the insurance money for the repair went to the right parts. We had made a few edits to the repair estimate (adding a GTS radio in lieu of the exhaust, a different tail light, etc.) and Justin was understanding and made it happen! I was highly skeptical at first when this all happened. I thought that we would be running in to a lot of issues with insurance, making sure all of the damage was fixed, and the right parts were ordered. Thankfully to HD of Madison and their EXCELLENT team, none of that happened. We will be shopping there for a new bike for my fiance. A special thanks to Justin, Riley, Dan, Joe at service, and Wolf. My recent purchase of a 2023 Street Glide ST from HD of Madison was a very streamlined and easy process. From first contacting them online about the bike, Jada got back to me within an hour. I walked in expecting to just sign up for class, and sit on a few bikes and check out the gear needed for a new rider. I immediately was greeted with a smiling face at the front desk, and it made me feel more than welcome. I was shown to Jada who was more than willing to answer any question I had and show me around. I was then taken around with Steven and we sat on at least 40 different bikes. ( at no point did I feel rushed, or a burden in any way and felt like he talked to me like I was a family member or close friend while showing me everything and answering all my questions ). I expressed that I was a brand new rider and didnt know anything when it came to Harleys as well as my long term goals when it came to the possibility of purchasing a Harley Davidson. I was shown and got to sit on many bikes until I found one that fit me perfectly, I walked back in and immediately knew that was meant to be my bike. I signed on the bike not long after. While they prepared paperwork I was taken to each department to meet everyone, and what their department does and how to contact them. I was then brought over and got a very warm welcome when I got to ring the bell and got ushered into the Harley family. Ive never been happier going to a dealership, and I never though in a few hours I could go from someone who knows nothing about Harleys to a member of a caring and amazing family of individuals. Best experience I've had buying something from a dealership. Chris was the first person I talked to. Just wondering what I could get for trade in my current bike, and just run the rough numbers to see what I would get for a monthly payment. It turned out really good, so I got sent over to Rod where he got me the true numbers and it turned out better then I honestly thought it would. He was also very informative on the extra warranties and what not. Answered all my questions about the warranties too. Jada walked me through all the new features on the 24 road glide (which was nice, they added a bunch of stuff to the new ones) showed me all the features they all have, told me what to do and not to do for a break in period. Helped me with parts for it. All in all, I woke up Saturday not even thinking about getting a new bike, I showed up to get my HD passport stamped on my 2020 road glide limited with almost 53000 miles on, ended up leaving on a blue burst 2024 road glide with 7 miles on it. Well, I just gave the Madison HD dealership a call and spoke with Dan Stark about riders academy etc. He suggested stopping in so I did just that. Minutes later I met with Julie Johnson and talked about the riders academy. All of the employees are super friendly and courteous. I spoke with Dan for a bit about a Road King and other bikes, and went home to sign up for the riders academy. A week later Im in the academy with Kim and John learning how to ride etc. They made the whole experience awesome! This was my first time ever on a bike! I Passed the HD academy course and test at the DMV. The next day I immediately stopped back to see Dan Stark. I demo a few bikes and fell in love with the FatBoy. A few hours later Im sounding off the wolf horn and everyones welcoming me to the Harley Davidson Family. Just purchased a Bad Ass 2024 Black HD Fat Boy! Definitely stop in and ask for Dan Stark. He knows bikes and will help you decide on the best bike for you. Everyone here is super nice and accommodating with white glove service. I even met Wolf (owner) a few times and he was very cool too.
