OUR #1 GOAL FOR THE FREEDOM RIDE HAS ALWAYS BEEN TO GET THE KIDS OUT OF THE WHEELCHAIRS
TO ACCOMPLISH THIS WE NEED TO RAISE MORE MONEY FOR MDA.
Since 1985, Virgil W. Schulenburg, AKA Wolf, made a commitment to fight Muscular Dystrophy until a cure is found. Research and treatments are progressing, but a cure has not yet been discovered – so our fight continues.
We are grateful for the many riders, sponsors, and friends who have been part of the fight over the last 34 years. We look forward to the future as we continue to raise money and awareness to fuel the fight.

MDA SUMMER CAMP
We went through the process of looking at what was working and how to improve upon those things and how we can add to it to raise more money. We knew we needed to make changes to continue to accomplish this goal.
We appreciate the dedications of so many to make this one of the most successful rides in the U.S. And please know we did not make these changes easily, but sometimes things have to change to get better.
We would like to thank EVERYONE who volunteered, rode, donated and participated in the previous Freedom Rides To Benefit MDA. With your continued support we hope that someday the dream to Get The Kids Out Of The Wheelchairs can be accomplished.
